All merchandise purchased from the Air Force Armament Museum Foundation's Online Gift Shop are shipped throughout North America via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If a customer orders an item that is not what he or she wanted, the customer must contact the Air Force Armament Museum Gift Shop within no later than 30 days after receiving the order. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it for an item of equal value. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. The customer’s receipt must accompany the product being refunded or exchanged. No exceptions. The customer will pay postage or shipping fees for any returned items. Postage or shipping fees are not refundable.
